Ways to Check UMobile Balance
There are two packages available at UMobile – prepaid and postpaid – and the ways to check your balance are different.
1 Check with *118# Code
Prepaid:
- Open your smartphone’s dial pad.
- Dial *118#*8 and press Call.
- Your remaining credit balance will appear.
Postpaid (Data balance check only):
- Open your smartphone’s dial pad.
- Dial *118#.
- Select U Broadband from the menu.
- Choose <Check Usage>.
- Wait until you receive an SMS indicating your data balance.
2 Check with SMS
Prepaid:
- Go to the Text Message section of your phone.
- Type BAL. Send it to 28118.
- You will receive an SMS indicating your remaining credit balance.
Postpaid:
- Go to the Text Message section of your phone.
- Type PLUS1. Send it to 28118.
- You will receive an SMS with your postpaid bill information.
3 Check with MyUMobile App
- Download the MyUMobile app from Play Store for Android or App Store for iOS.
- Open the app and enter your phone number.
- You will receive a verification code via SMS.
- Enter the code to complete the registration.
- In the Menu Bar on the top left of your screen, choose the prepaid option to check your balance for prepaid, and choose the postpaid option to check your postpaid bill balance.
